Memory Game

1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I, or Nick had together. It doesn't matter if you knew us a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about us, we'll assume you're playing the game and we'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Hey Nick, the best of many memories I have of us is looking for "fireflies". I love you. Ashlee

Ashlee my memory is when your mom was helping plan my lingerie shower and she took us into her closet and was showing us her lingerie, I thought you were going to die of embarrassment. It was pretty funny! Ranie, Trish & I were dying :) I also remember when you and Jenny came & stayed with us in Dallas, it was fun. You made us a yummy dinner one night & your peanut butter fudge! So good!

I had to reach in the far corners of my brain to find this one but, I remember going to Red Fleet and cliff jumping, I jumped and got this bloody nose, you found this old dirty sock on the rocks and gave it to me to stop the bleeding. I was so so so embarrassed to be sitting there with this gross sock stuck to my nose. But I sure thought it was sweet of you to stick it out with me until the bleeding stopped even if I looked like a complete retard.

I remember hanging out at all the church dances and activities together and everyone always thinking we were sisters. And us running away from "The Pumper" at all the dances! Ahh, good times!

Ashlee,

I'll always remember getting lost in the ZCMI mall parking lot with you. It must have taken us at least an hour to find the car.

Too many memories, Nick. But I definitely miss having you tickle my feet while we watched TV.

That's funny, I thought of the same memory as Marji, except I distinctly remember your mom mentioning chocolate syrup!

I remember going to see Runaway Bride with you and Jen on one of those nights y'all were staying with me. It was so late when the movie got out and we were a bit nervous by the type of crowd left in the parking lot that we ran as fast as we could to the car. That was the last time I saw a movie at Park Plaza!

My memory is when your famiy came over for dinner and y'all asked if we were pregnant and I went off for like 5 minutes about how I'd die if I was pregnant and who would do that just to realize that y'all were trying to tell us that you were pregnant with Corbin. Oops! :) I love that we had our first two kids all about the same time. It's too bad we can't always live by each other because I am sure our kids would have been great friends and we loved hanging out with you guys!

I remember a girls camp where you got really sick and your mom was really worried about you. I think it was the girls camp with the snake scare, but I can't remember for sure.

Let's see a memory.... I have lots seeing as I see you everyday, but I think one of my favorite memories is hanging out at your house playing darts. That was really fun. Oh, and there have been lots of visits to Wal-Mart. Lots of visits.

Nick, I remember going to a school play/musical that you were in one year. I don't remember what it was called, but all I remember was that you had a dancing part on the roof, and you were a cowboy or something...? I was really little though.. am I correct??? haha now i'm not so sure if it was you..lol :) oh well..

But all the good memories are of Brandon, Angie, Kim, and I bugging all of you older siblings/cousins.. lol You guys loved it!

No, I know we were really annoying, but we all were at some point right?? :) Night games/sleeping outside, river rafting, and riding the horses were always fun too. I always looked forward to our visits to Vernal! :)

Hi Nick.
I have lots of memories of you. We've really known each other a long time now that I think about it. :) That makes us so old. But when I just glanced at this topic the first thing I thought of was when Sherilyn and I used to ride our bikes ALL THE WAY OUT TO YOUR HOUSE (It seems really far now that I'm so OLD) and we hiked around that wilderness area across from your house. :) haha. Fun. Okay sorry that was kinda long. :) Oh, and we of course missed you at the reunion!

So many memories. Hard to choose just one! Remember that girl's camp we had at Lake Degrey when we had to sleep on the boards and it was freezing. And Kaylynne kept saying she heard bears outside. Good times. And of course all the road trips and every time we would cross a state line we had to play the Dixie Chicks song. David just doesn't understand my reasoning behind that!

Hi-Lites, and our trips to Salt Lake on the bus catching any sleep that we could. I remember writing to you on your mission - I still have all of our letters. Thanks for being such a great friend, Nick. You have a beautiful family!

Hey Nick,
I just noticed you left a comment on my blog and said my boys are almost as goodlookin as yours. Yours are certainly cute, but I am very partial to my own!
So, the memory. I have a lot, but the most memorable would have to be 7 min ice cream. I think that's all I will say about that.
You do have a cute family, sounds like you have to be apart for a while. That always stinks. Things don't run as well at our house if dad's gone. We all love having him around. Hope you can see your family soon.
