Nick's Graduation

I don't know if I can fully express how proud I am of Nick. He has worked so hard over the past 5 years to earn his Masters of Architecture degree. When he decided he wanted to change his major and eventually become an architect (he is not an architect yet, he still has to complete intern hours and take exams), I was excited yet a little scared. When we decided to move to Fargo, ND to do this I thought where are we going exactly, but it was the best decision we have ever made. We have made so many memories here and we have grown so much. We had 3 of our 4 children here, so Fargo holds a special place in my heart. We have made some great friends here and it will be very hard to leave.
This journey has not been easy there were so many times I thought it will never end, but it did and he finally graduated yesterday. It was a great day my parents were able to come to town which made it even more special for Nick.
I love you Nick and I am glad this part of our journey is over. You have worked so hard for our family and I want you to know how grateful I am. You are a wonderful man!
I also want to thank all of our wonderful family and friends that have supported us, we could not have done it without your love and support.

Austin's K Program

Austin had his kindergarten program yesterday and he did a great job! The theme was "A Farmer's Life," they sang some really cute songs about being a farmer. He sang great and did all of the actions! He was so cute!
His teacher had the students draw a picture of a farmer's life and hung them on the wall. Here is Austin's awesome artwork!

Austin's Birthday Celebrations!

Austin had a great birthday this year. We celebrated together as a family on his actual birthday. While he was at school Brodie, Corbin, and I decorated with balloons and a little sign. When Nick got home from school he opened his presents, ate dinner, and had a treat. He got lots of fun presents. He requested spaghetti for dinner and we had ice cream after. I sure can't believe he is 6!
On Friday after his birthday he wanted to have a few friends over for a little swim party. We had pizza and fruit for dinner, went swimming, and finished the night with some cupcakes. His guests included Justice, Ian, Liberty, Victoria, Glory, and Halie. We had a great time!

Nick's Thesis Project

This is the display that Nick put together for his thesis project. Along with this display he had a power point presentation and a book that described the project completely.

This is the model which he created of his site, the Utah Kennecott Copper Mine. It took him a lot of long hours to cut out on the laser cutter down at school. Pretty cool!
