Brodie's 3rd Birthday

On Brodie's birthday we decided to take the boys to the park. The boys cooperated very well, with me when it came to taking pictures. I think we got some really cute ones.
Then we came home ate lunch, Brodie opened his presents, and we had cupcakes because Nick had to work that night. Brodie has gotten into Power Rangers lately (that is what happens when you have an older brother I guess), so that is all he wanted for his birthday. The funny thing is that they have only seen the show maybe twice on Saturday morning cartoons. They have not stopped playing Power Rangers since. Brodie is very funny, he goes around the house doing Power Rangers moves and yelling "Power Ranger PRM"(it is really RPM, but that does not matter to him).

I love this video because he is singing Happy Birthday to himself. What a funny kid.

Whapeton Zoo

We took a trip to the Whapeton Zoo this past week with the boys, they really enjoyed themselves. Ashlee and I like this zoo because it is just the right size, it is not so big that the kids are tired of it before you finish but it is not so small that they do not get to see some fun animals. Corbin even loved running around.
Austin and Brodie had fun feeding the ducks and geese... they were wild ducks and geese free to come and go as they pleased.

Brodie was fun to watch getting a drink from the water fountain that was just a bit too tall for him to stand and drink from.

Austin made some new friends while we were in the farm animal section of the zoo, he thought that they were funny.

Corbin loves his big brothers but sometimes they get on his nerves and he tries to get them out of his space.

Brodie was doing some exercise moves at the park that we stopped at right outside the zoo.

Austin is quite the ladies man, he went to play on this toy and in a matter of seconds he was surrounded by girls and he didn't seem to mind.

The monkeys were very fun to watch, there was a baby monkey that was way cute and entertaining.

We even found the missing links that really shows where we all came from.

If there is anyone who would like to go this summer we would enjoy going again, for those of you who do not live near here it will be something to look forward to when you COME TO VISIT.

Fathers and Sons

Austin, Brodie and I went to the Fathers and Sons camp out this past weekend. I had planned on taking Corbin with us as well but it was going to get down in the 30s overnight so I decided not to take him along. Saturday morning Austin and Brodie insisted that we go fishing so we took our poles and headed down to the lake. We spent about an hour and a half and caught two bass, Brodie helped me land them both. I think Brodie will have to be watched whenever there is a campfire near... he thought it was fun to sword fight with the fire. The biggest challenge for me during the camp was keeping Brodie on track with his potty training, Friday we had to change 4 times and I ran out of clothes for Saturday morning, that is why he is wearing Austins shorts over his pajamas in the picture with the fishing poles. We had a great time and when the weather warms up more over night we will spend a night or two out with the family.

Baby Girl

I had another ultrasound on Friday, to check a couple of things out and they got some really cute 3D pictures of her. So I thought I would share them, since I have not blogged in forever. She had her little feet crossed which I thought was really cute, I just love little baby feet.
