Another Busy Week

Ever since Nick got home, we have been busy. I thought things would slow down a little bit, but Nick wanted to have some fun with the boys before he started school.
We went and played putt putt and rode the go carts which the boys loved, we went out to Buffalo River twice, we have gone to the parks, we made some new friends the Roylance family, and the saddest part of the week we helped Brandi move. Brandi has only been gone since Monday and I am already going crazy I am going to miss her so much.
Here are some pictures from this week...
Nick and Austin on the go carts.

Brodie liked to ride the golf club like a horse.

Austin and Brodie had a great time playing putt putt.

Even Corbin got to play.

We went out to Buffalo River with the Roylance and Seamon families. We had great a time swimming and cooking over the fire.
Nick and Phil buried Austin in the sand.

Their favorite part was cooking the marshmallows over the fire. I think we all ate two or three smores each.

Just a cute picture of Corbin.

Busy Week

We have had a very busy week and I have not blogged any of it. So, I thought I would just blog it all together.

We went to a BBQ at a friends house...

After dinner the kids had a water fight, Austin and Brodie decided it was more fun to play in the bucket of water.

We went to Buffalo River again...

Just a cute picture of Brodie playing in a pool of water.

I had a much needed Girls Night Out...

We had a yummy dinner at the Spitfire, went to see Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, and had dessert at Nichole's Pasty Shop. I had a great time with all of my wonderful friends here in Fargo.

We went to Detroit Lakes...

Picture of Austin on the boat.

Picture of Brodie throwing rocks into the lake.
A sister in our ward has a cabin on the lake and she invited us for a very relaxing and enjoyable day on the lake.

Zoo in Whapeton...

We had a fun day at the zoo with some of our closest friends.
I don't know if you can tell in the pictures or not, but Brodie has a big goose egg on his head in one of them(the one with him feeding the goat). He did not have that when we got to the zoo, but he had a big fall with a new goose egg, bloody nose, and a few other scratches. He is really tough, he only cried for a little bit and once he got to feed the goats he was feeling much better. After the zoo we ate at Dairy Queen and had yummy food and ice cream.

Last, but the most important part of the week Nick will be home tomorrow. Earlier than expected. I am so excited and can't wait.

Corbin Laughing

I have been trying to get Corbin laughing on film for a while, but it was hard to hold the camera and get him to laugh at the same time. So, last night when the Weavers were over here, Ryen helped me out. She got him to laugh while I filmed it. Ryen is nine and he loves her, he smiles and laughs for her all the time. We are all going to be really sad when they leave at the end of the month. He is already a little flirt, it is so cute to watch.

Great Big Brother

Austin is such a great big brother to Corbin. He is always trying to make him happy. Yesterday, while I was getting ready Corbin was being a little fussy, when I came out to check on him this is what I found. Austin put his pillow under Corbin's head, and covered him up with his own blanket (which normally only he can use). It was very cute. Every time Corbin smiles at him Austin says "mom he likes me".

On the other hand, Austin and Brodie beat on each other. They love to wrestle and tackle. We like to watch American Gladiator, so last night while we were watching they pulled the cushions off the couch and were pretending to be Gladiators, that is what Austin told me. I wish I would have gotten pictures of them, because they were really funny together. They definitely need their dad home to wrestle with them.
